John was extremely helpful with the sale of a home for us. He was well mannered, polite, not "pushy" but firm with his suggestions for improvement of the home. He communicated frequently with me by phone or txt. He was also invaluable in suggesting an asking price which was quite a bit higher than we had anticipated, but was met with a very quick sale.
