John is the best Realtor I have ever used! He provides excellent customer service returns my phone calls the same day and is very educated on Real Estate transactions. Recently he sold a home for me in Delaware Ohio and he had it under contract within 1 week and closed in 30 days, also he listed another one of my homes in Fredericktown and it was under contract within a week, and we will be closing within 2 to 3 weeks.
