John was extremely helpful with the sale of a home for us. He was well mannered, polite, not "pushy" but firm with his suggestions for improvement of the home. He communicated frequently with me by phone or txt. He was also invaluable in suggesting an asking price which was quite a bit higher than we had anticipated, but was met with a very quick sale. John has been great to work with. As an investor I've come to rely John to represent me in both buying and selling. He's got a good sense of the real estate market and understands the needs of an investor such as myself. He is continually alerting me of properties that I might be interested with a no pressure to buy approach. I recently completed a property that I rehabbed and had John list it for me. Within one week of listing the property he brought me a buyer. Even though there has been a few wrinkles in the buyer's financing John has kept me very well informed regarding the status. I admire John's work ethic, his integrity and his dedication to his family. A great guy and a great realtor.
