When we decided to purchase our new home, we knew we would be facing a lot of challenges. Getting a loan has become more difficult over the past few years, but with low interest rates and home prices we knew that this is an ideal time to buy. We connected with John Yoder who helped us tour homes until we found one that fit our needs perfectly. Unfortunately, when we got into negotiation, the seller had personal issues that made it hard to get a deal. With John's help, we were able to battle through and get a contract on the home of our dreams with a price we felt good about. One of the most important things John provided was information on other homes in the area that were currently listed or had recently sold. This gave us confidence that we were making the correct offer. John also helped us navigate the inspection and loan approval process. All of our hard work paid off when we were finally able to close the purchase of our new home. My advice to other home buyers is; expect the unexpected and find a knowledgeable realtor with good resources, like John.

He had an amazing stager come in and help us figure out what to do with the house and also a photographer that spent over an hour perfecting the shots. We were in contract within SIX days! John provided great knowledge and understanding for the areas we were looking in. John was patient and understanding in the fact we were strapped with the choices we could make, he did not pressure us into areas we did not feel comfortable. When we did place an offer on a house he was quick and responsive to get all information to us and the lender. I recommend John to anyone looking for a property either personal or business, he understands customers needs and balances them against the resources the customer has to make sure the customer does not get in over their head.

John came to the initial meeting with very helpful information and explained his process in a way that definitely showed his expertise in real estate. John had a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Within a few days we had several offers!
